About
Fabrizio d’Aniello was born in Arezzo on May 21st 1973.
He has been granted several research contracts by both the Department of Education and Human Sciences of the University of Siena and the Department of Education of the University of Macerata.
Since November 1st 2006 he is Associate Professor of General and Social Pedagogy at the School of Education Sciences of the University of Macerata.
Author of 65 publications, he currently teaches General Pedagogy (Pedagogia generale) in the undergraduate course in Education and Training Sciences, and Theory and models of education processes (Teoria e modelli dei processi educativi) in the post-graduate course of Pedagogical Sciences, at the University of Macerata.
His research activity mainly concerns: a) pedagogy of work, work education, continuing vocational training; b) moral education; c) childhood education; d) education through poetry in particular, and aesthetic education in a broad sense.
Since no. 1/2010 he is a member of the redactional staff of the newborn international journal of education "Education Sciences & Society", directed by Professor Michele Corsi. Since no. 1/2007 he is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Journal of Education “Prospettiva EP” (founded by Professor Mario Mencarelli and now directed by Professor Sira Serenella Macchietti). It is also a member of the Interuniversity Centre for Research on Teaching and Training in Educational Professions (CIRDIFOR) and the Centre for Research on Educational and Family Relations, and member of the Area 11 Committee for Research (CAR Area 11), University of Macerata. In the end, from 2004 to 2010 he also has been author of both texts and illustrations of the monthly journal “Il Passatempo”, games and activities’ magazine for children three to six years, directed by Professor Cesare Scurati, and edited by “Editrice La Scuola”, settled in Brescia.
